Agentic AI

One term from the glossary, defined on its own page: what it means to anyone who meets it, and how we use it.

In short

Agentic AI is software that pursues a goal by taking actions in real systems, choosing its own next step between instructions and carrying a task through several of them without being prompted again. The test of it is work completed: a booking made, a record updated, a message sent.

In practice

What it means for a business.

Every AI employee we build is agentic in that sense: the measure is the work it finishes, and a good answer is only the first step towards it.

See agentic AI taking the admin off your desk, or see every term defined once.
