The Cooperating AI Workforce
We do not install a bot. We build you an AI department.
A bespoke department of cooperating AI agents, wired into your back-end and into the tools your team already uses, Slack, Notion, and Asana, where the agents and your people brief each other. Humans stay in command.
What is included
Bespoke to your business, scoped to the organisation on a call.
In short
A Cooperating AI Workforce is a bespoke AI department that 7 Minds Systems builds for your business: a set of cooperating AI agents wired into your back-end and into the tools your team already uses, Slack, Notion, and Asana, where the agents and your people brief each other both ways. The agents carry the work, your people direct it, and a named person decides anything that needs human judgement. It runs day and night and we maintain it for you. It is bespoke, priced to the organisation we scope with you.
The department at work
One piece of work, carried by a cooperating department.
The agents hand the work between each other, then up to your people in Slack, Notion, and Asana when a decision is needed, and your team directs it back. Work passes in both directions, and a named person stays in command.
The department, at a glance
- 01ArrivesFront-of-house
Work lands and the front-of-house agent takes it straight away, no one at the desk.
Picked up the moment it landed
- 02BriefedQualification
The front-of-house agent briefs the next, which confirms the fit and routes it on with the full context attached.
Confirmed and routed, context attached
- 03To the teamYour team
A high-value call needs a person. An agent posts to your Slack channel and asks who wants to take it.

- 04DirectedYour team
A partner replies in the thread and directs it. The agent picks the answer up and runs with it. Work passes both ways, with your people in command.

Where the architecture comes from
Built the way an institutional platform is built.
Before 7 Minds Systems, our founder Ali Reza Eta built KOVA Intelligence, an institutional trading-intelligence platform. He did not build it as one model trying to do everything. He built it as eight cooperating engines, each a specialist part, with a governance layer that holds final authority over them all.
The thesis is simple: specialist parts that cooperate, under a layer that decides, beat one model doing everything. A Cooperating AI Workforce applies that same thesis to the front of house of a business: a department of cooperating AI agents that brief each other and your people, with a person in command.
That is why a bespoke department is a known architecture applied to a new domain rather than a leap. The founder has already built a cooperating system under a governance layer; here the command layer is human, deciding anything that needs judgement.
Inside your tools
It works where your team already works.
Your AI department does not sit in a separate dashboard you have to remember to check. It lives where your team already works. In Slack, an agent posts that a high-value enquiry just landed and asks who wants it; a partner replies in the thread and the agent runs with it. In Asana, an agent opens the task, moves it along, and flags a person when a decision is needed; your team reassigns or directs it and the agents adjust. In Notion, the agents keep the record and raise anything that needs sign-off. The work passes both ways. The agents carry it, your people steer it, and nobody decides a regulated or professional call except a named person.

What a department is
Departments, not bots.
A department is a bespoke set of cooperating AI agents, a fully integrated back-end, and ongoing maintenance, with two-way collaboration inside your team’s tools. The archetypes below are the kinds of departments we build and the example agent roles inside them. Every build is scoped to your organisation, so the shape is yours, not an off-the-shelf roster.
The first cooperating agents an enquiry meets, across web, email, chat, and phone.
- Front-of-house agent
- Qualification agent
- Routing agent
The agents that carry the work through, keeping every case moving and on record.
- Scheduling agent
- Case-progress agent
- Follow-up agent
The back-office agents that handle the paperwork a busy team forgets, wired to your systems.
- Billing agent
- Document agent
- Reconciliation agent
The agents that keep the record current and surface what a partner needs to decide on.
- Reporting agent
- Insight agent
- Escalation agent
These are the kinds of departments we build, framed as the capability of a bespoke flagship offering, not a count of agents or departments deployed for clients. A department is designed to your organisation on a scoping call.
One piece of work, end to end
Carried the whole way, both directions, with you in command.
A single AI worker answers, then waits for you. A cooperating department carries the work the whole way: one agent briefs the next, the record stays current, and the hard calls reach a person before anything goes wrong, with your team able to step in and direct it from inside Slack, Notion, or Asana.
- 01
It lands, and an agent takes it
A front-of-house agent picks the enquiry up the moment it arrives, on any channel, and opens the work with no one at the desk.
- 02
It is briefed across the department
One agent briefs the next, with the context attached, so the qualification, scheduling, and record-keeping agents each pick up exactly where the last left off.
- 03
A person is brought in, in your tools
When a call needs human judgement, an agent posts to your Slack channel or flags a named person in Asana, with the full context, and asks who takes it.
- 04
Your team directs it back
A partner replies in the thread and directs the work. The agent picks the answer up and runs with it, so the work passes back as readily as it came, with your people in command.
- 05
The department carries it on
The agents finish the work, book it, log it, and keep it warm, while your team stays in the loop in Notion and the record stays current.
Where humans command
You stay in command.
The department is built to know its limits. A regulated decision, an enquiry outside scope, or anything needing professional judgement is not guessed at. An agent flags a named person, in Slack or Asana, with the full context attached. That person decides in real time, and the agents act on the answer.
You approve how every agent speaks, and what it must never advise on, before it handles a single live enquiry. Human judgement is wired in as an active teammate from day one, not a safety gate added after the AI finishes.
A single AI worker answers, then waits for you. A cooperating department owns the work end to end: one agent briefs the next, the record stays current in your tools, and the hard calls reach a person before anything goes wrong, with humans in command.
A single AI worker versus a cooperating workforce
One answers and waits. The other owns the work.

| What it is | One agent answering on the front of house, then waiting for you. | A bespoke department of cooperating agents that own the work across several functions. |
| How the work moves | It answers a question and stops; the next step is back on you. | One agent briefs the next and carries the work the whole way, with the context attached. |
| Where it lives | In a chat box or an inbox you have to remember to check. | Inside your back-end and the tools your team already use, Slack, Notion, and Asana. |
| Working with your team | One direction: it notifies you, and the rest waits for a person. | Both directions: the agents brief your people and your people direct the agents back. |
| The hard calls | Either guessed at or dropped until someone is free. | Flagged to a named person with the full context, who decides and the agents act on it. |
| Who runs it | Often you, once it is handed over. | We build it, integrate it, and maintain it for you, with humans in command. |

A single AI worker answers. A Cooperating AI Workforce owns the work end to end, both ways, with humans in command. It is bespoke, scoped to your organisation on a call.
Who this is for, and how it is scoped
An organisation-scale build, scoped to you.
Who this is for
A Cooperating AI Workforce is an organisation-scale build, scoped for a business past the point a single branch can serve: where the work spans several functions, the back-end matters, and you want AI and your own people working the same queue inside Slack, Notion, and Asana.
If you are just starting, begin with an AI website and its agentic agents, and grow into this. Start with the entry agents.
How scoping and pricing work
Every department is bespoke, because every organisation differs, so there is no off-the-shelf price. On a scoping conversation we map which agents you need, where they sit, where your back-end connects, and where a person decides.
You leave with a clear shape and a number scoped to your organisation. It is priced to the organisation we scope with you.
Scope your AI department
Tell us the organisation, and we will scope the build.
A bespoke department starts with understanding your organisation. Share four details and pick a time, and we will arrive at the call ready to map the agents, the integrations, and the decision points.

On a scoping conversation we map which agents you need, where your back-end connects, and where a person decides. The build then runs in stages you review, the same way our other builds do, rather than a single reveal at the end. We scope the timeline to the work on the call.
