Control centre
The control centre for your AI employees.
The 7 Minds Console is where you see and manage the AI employees we run for your business: what each one handled, what it booked, and what it escalated to a person, and what it is allowed to do next.
In the Console
It comes with the managed service that runs your workforce, not as a separate product.
In short
The 7 Minds Console is the control centre where you see and manage the AI employees we run for your business: what each one handled, what it booked, and what it escalated to a person, with the controls to approve what each is allowed to do. It comes with the managed service, not as a separate product.
What the Console shows you
The whole workforce, in one place.
What each AI employee handled
Every enquiry an AI employee worked, gathered in one place: who it spoke to, what it did, and where the conversation reached. You read the record rather than piece it back together from inboxes.
What it booked
The calls and slots each AI employee placed in your calendar, so the work the AI workforce brings in shows up as bookings you can see rather than a figure in a monthly report.
What it escalated
The enquiries an AI employee judged were yours to decide, held for you with the full context attached, so nothing that needs a person is left sitting unseen in a queue.
What it is allowed to do
The bounds you set for each AI employee: what it may handle on its own, and what it must bring to you first. Change them in the Console and the workforce works to the new limits.
One honest record
A plain account of what the AI workforce did and why, kept in the Console instead of scattered across the tools it touched, so one person can stay across all of it.
Why a control centre
You should see the work, not just trust it.
See the work, not just the result
An AI workforce you cannot watch is one you take on faith. The Console shows what each AI employee actually did, so the work is accountable to you rather than hidden behind a summary.
Stay in command as it grows
One AI employee is easy to follow; several is not. The Console is how a single person directs a whole workforce, setting what each may do and stepping in only where judgement is needed.
The limits are yours to set
You decide what an AI employee may do on its own and what it must escalate. Those bounds are not fixed by us: you set them in the Console, change them, and the workforce works inside them.
The workforce, and the surface
Where the Console sits.
The Console is not the workforce itself; it is how you run it. The workers are the AI employees: a receptionist, a lead qualifier, and the others, each one trained, run, and managed by us.
As a business adds more of them, the Console keeps them coherent: one place to see what every AI employee handled and to set what each is allowed to do. It is how a growing workforce answers to one person instead of becoming several tools nobody owns.
So the Console is the surface, and the workers sit behind it. Meet the AI employees the Console manages, or read how a Cooperating AI Workforce stays under one person's command as it grows.

A scoping conversation, not a pitch. Bespoke, priced to the organisation we scope with you, with no number until we have.
Questions
About the Console.
What is the 7 Minds Console?
The 7 Minds Console is the control centre where you see and manage the AI employees we run for your business. It shows what each one handled, what it booked, and what it escalated to a person, and it is where you set what each AI employee is allowed to do.
What can I do in the 7 Minds Console?
You can see every enquiry each AI employee handled, the calls it booked into your calendar, and the ones it escalated for a person to decide. You review its work, adjust what it may do without asking, and read a plain record of what it did and why.
Is the Console included, or does it cost extra?
The Console comes with the managed service that runs your AI workforce, not as a separate product. That managed service is the monthly retainer on a build, from £400 a month, or £700 a month per AI employee; the Console itself carries no extra fee.
Can I approve what an AI employee may do from the Console?
Yes. The Console is where you set what each AI employee may do on its own and what it must bring to you first. When an enquiry falls outside those bounds, the AI employee escalates it and waits for your decision rather than guessing.
Does the Console run my AI employees, or only report on them?
The Console does both: it shows what your AI employees did and it is where you direct them. The AI employees carry the work; the approvals and limits you set in the Console govern what they may do without asking, so it manages the workforce rather than only reporting on it.
How does the Console relate to the Cooperating AI Workforce?
The Console is the surface you manage them from. Whether you run one AI employee or a Cooperating AI Workforce of several, the Console is where you see what each handled and set what it may do; as the workforce grows, it is how one person stays in command.
Book a strategy call
Thirty minutes to see the Console.
Thirty minutes to scope this role properly: what it would answer, what it would escalate, and what it would cost to run.
Know the scope and the number before you start.
The build is scoped and priced in writing before it begins, with the exclusions named, and the AI workforce is built and trained on your services and voice before it answers anyone. You commit to a defined piece of work, not to a promise.
